Welcome to the delicious world of Beaux Reve. "Beaux Reve" means beautiful dream in French. No, we're not French. We do, however, use French technique and baking philosophy in creating all of our pastries. We use only the freshest, in-season ingredients -- everything we use is all-natural and 100% organic, where possible. We specialize in weddings, showers, corporate events, themed parties and the like. We're flexible and will work to make your event spectacular!
Oh, about the "we." Beaux Reve is run by 2 passionate chefs, each bringing different skills and styles to the table -- so we have your bases covered. Annie, the "creative type" is a graphic designer and part-time pastry chef; Casper, a seasoned veteran, bakes with exacting skill and unmatched passion. We consider ourselves artisans. Our hand-made creations are made from scratch and can be customized to meet the needs of your event -- large or small.
